Come and sing with the St. Barnabas Youth Singers!! St. Barnabas Choir Director, Lisa Peters, would like to invite children in grades 2 - 6 to participate in youth singing opportunities for worship throughout the upcoming year. There will be a number of four week Youth Singers “sessions”. Rehearsals will be held on three consecutive Sundays with the singing of an anthem at the start of the service on the fourth Sunday. In rehearsals, Ms. Peters will work with the children on basic singing skills and teach the children’s anthem to be sung in the service. The Sunday rehearsals will meet after the service from 11:30 until noon in the choir room. Please join us for singing and fun!

YOUTH SINGERS SCHEDULE
September through December 2024

Session one: Rehearsals on Sundays 9/22, 9/29 and 10/6
Youth Singers sing on Sunday, 10/13 at 10 am (report time 9:30am)

Session two: Rehearsals on Sundays 11/3, 11/10 and 11/17
Youth Singers sing on Sunday, 11/24 at 10am (report time 9:30am)

Session three: CHRISTMAS MUSIC
Rehearsals after the Sunday 10am service: 12/1, 12/8 (11:30-noon)
Special Saturday rehearsal for Lessons & Carols: 12/14 (11:30-noon)
Sing at Lessons & Carols Service on Sunday, 12/15 at 4pm (report time 3:30pm)
Youth Singers sing on Christmas Eve Tuesday, 12/14 at 2pm service (report at 1:30pm)
