St. Barnabas will host a bishop visit on Sunday, November 19 and we are offering Confirmation, Reception, and Reaffirmation during the 10:00 am Service.  In preparation, members are invited to join a six to eight week class with Reverend Jane this fall.  

Youth in Grades 7 - 12 are invited to join Devin, Reverend Jane, and other church leaders for a fall Episcopal Exploration class at 9:00 am on Sundays, beginning Sunday, September 10.  During the class, youth will learn about their Episcopal faith, grow in their faith community, and discern whether conifrmaiton is right for them.  On Sunday, November 19, a bishop will visit St. Barnabas and offer confirmation for those youth that choose to be confirmed.  We believe that all youth will benefit from this class, whether they choose confirmation or not. 

We hope that youth will:

• attend 7 of the 10 classes, regular attendance is important to make this a meaningful experience
• join us for a Youth Lock-In Saturday, September 16 to Sudnay, September 17
• find the class meaningful in creating a faith community that will help in life's journey
